Thank you for your thoughtful post! As difficult as the G360 feedback might be for a lot of people, I really admire your ability to disect your feedback to find areas in which you feel there is room for improvement. As you have more or less pointed out, heightened self-awareness in group settings is extremely valuable. Knowing how you can best contribute to the work of your group is key, and I think a difficult part of that is recognizing that it has the potential to change in unique settings with different people.
Feedback does not have to be centered around areas that could be "better" -- I hope you will also take this opportunity to give yourself a pat on the back for the great work and contributions you have given to your BLF teammates. You bring a unique dynamic and viewpoint to the table that I believe is a huge asset and meaningful contribution. :)
